1st module of upcoming meditation course by Alejandro Serrano

The art of letting go

Learn to regulate your emotions with the practice of meditation.

In this module you will learn:

1. The reason letting go is not so easy.

You will discover that letting go of emotions is not the same as letting go of an object. It’s not like dropping a red hot coal. Attachment to emotions is more complicated and knowing how it happens is crucial to learning to let go properly.

2. Why we identify with negative emotions.

You will learn about the mental process in which we create an identity out of anger, fear or depression and how it can be dismantled so that we are free of these destructive emotions.

3. How meditation can help us stop clinging.

You will identify the subtle exercises that allow you to weaken anger, anguish or sadness, until you are totally free of the power that emotions exert over you.

4. Everything you need to have a meditation practice that works.

Sitting and observing your breath is not enough. Know all the elements of a well-structured practice, with the right psychological support and the correct space.

5. The basic meditation technique that has been used for 2,500 years.

You will practice through a guided meditation, the meditation technique that the Buddha taught and that has helped millions of practitioners to release anger, depression and anxiety.
