On the natural liberation of anger

This can be verified right away: If you are willing to feel the breath, it can be said you can feel the body. If you can feel the body, it can be said you are willing to feel anger in the body. If you’re willing to feel anger, it can be said it is able to rise freely. If its able to rise freely, it can be said to cease freely. Verify it.

If, on the contrary, you are not willing to feel anger like you are willing to feel the breath, then it can be said anger is not able to rise freely. If it cannot rise freely, it can be said it cannot cease freely. This, perhaps, you’ve already verified.

Perhaps anger has lasted 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours. Perhaps anger has lasted 2 days, 3 days. Perhaps it has lasted months or even a year or more.

If that is the case, then it can be said you have not allowed anger to arise and cease freely.
